Talk like a Pirate Day!






Yarr! It’s talk like a pirate day! Shiver me timbers! Ho. Today is a fine day to work out like a pirate with all yer hearties.

Fencing: Lung with arm extension with weight 8 reps for a set of 3
Plank Walking: 30 second walk up planks 10 second rest repeat 3 times
Flag hoisting: Arm Extensions 20 each arm 3 reps
