Energizing Protein Balls

There are several ways you can makes theses protein ball. I want to make these as healthy as I can and without preservatives and other unwanted food additives. I made this batch with home Made peanut butter. Yum!! I'll post that recipe soon!!

Homemade Peanut Butter!!

I added Shaklee Energizing Soy Protein Powder.  There are so many great health benefits with a good Non-GMO Soy Protein. Shaklee's protein along with healthy diets helps:
  • Helps build muscle, skin, and hormones
  • Supports the immune system
  • Retains normal cholesterol levels
  • Promotes heart and prostate health.
  • Contains soy isoflavones, which can help minimize hot flashes and promote breast health

I also added a Gluten Free Non-GMO Flax Seed. Which is a good source of Fiber, OMEGA-3 fatty acids and a wide range of vitamins and minerals.

I used Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats

My kids LOVE these delicious protein balls. So I wanted to share them with you all! They are great for parties, dessert, a quick pick me up snack.
